GRADE 6 AND 8: Recall that my Extra Help times are posted clearly in class. If you are absent due to illness, vacation, or school activity, then you are obliged to come by during one of these times to catch up. It is not possible to do this during class time while we are taking up new material. You have two study buddies assigned to you in grade 6 to whom you can turn if you want to get some support as well.

We looked at the final element of literature (Setting) again in class with reference to the trailer for "The Revenant" and then read another short story ("The Dinner Party") with a focus on setting in an activity sheet each student received. The sheet is NOT homework,and will be continued in class next Tuesday.
