Week of June 10 - 14, 2019

Wednesday HW:
1.  There is a Math Quiz on Patterning and algebra, Unit 10 Lessons 1 and 2 on Friday, June 14.
2.  Social Studies slide show presentations are ongoing.  We are looking at doing five per day.  Three of five presenters were not ready today.  Please don't forget to pack your notes in your bag to be ready for school each day.  This assignment was due May 31.
3.  MMS pages 154-55
4.  Persuasive essays are due in the Google Classroom on Friday.

Tuesday HW:
1.  There is a Math Quiz on Patterning and algebra, Unit 10 Lessons 1 and 2 on Friday, June 14.
2.  Social Studies slide show presentations begin tomorrow.  We are looking at doing five per day.  These should be "active slides" presentations in which students do not read their screens to us verbatim.  They are welcome to use notes, ask leading questions, provide information that is not on the slide, or summarize the main points of a slide.  Anything but reading the slide back to the class word for word.
3.  Persuasive essays are due in the Google Classroom on Friday.
